David joined Burns & Wilcox in January 2020 to help to establish a new office in Birmingham in May 2022.

A veteran with over 38 years of underwriting experience starting out with Sun Alliance in London before moving to Birmingham and working with Cigna, Chubb and St Paul before a lengthy spell at Tokio Marine.
